Customers who purchase our 50ml or 100ml products are eligible for a free 30-day returns period, commencing from the date of delivery. To qualify for this offer, the products must remain unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any return shipment must be at the expense of the purchaser, who must also promptly notify Aerway of their intent to return and ensure the goods are returned within the stipulated 30-day timeframe. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be eligible for this offer. Refunds will be processed upon the safe return of the bottle to Aerway and an assessment confirming that the bottle, packaging, and goods remain in unused condition.
